The Healing Journey
Would
you like to run through the heart of London, earn yourself
a medal and help people with cancer at the same time? If
so, join our team preparing for the London
10K Run on Sunday
11th July 2010.
It's a great event for both novice and experienced runners. It's much easier than running the Marathon! And you'll be helping a really worthwhile cause at the same time.
The Centre provides support, information and complementary therapies to people who are facing one of the most difficult times of their lives.
To find out just what a difference the Centre can make to someone's life, click here.
26,000 people participate in the London 10K Run, ranging from Olympic and World champions through to fun runners and fitness enthusiasts. There are also lots of celebrities who take part.
You don't need to be an experienced runner to take part - although, if you haven't run for a while, it helps if you do a bit of training.
When you're running through the London streets, you get to see London from a completely different point of view. And everyone who takes part has a great time.

If you would like to run in the London 10K, all we ask is a registration fee of £15 to secure your place and a pledge to raise a minimum of £200 in sponsorship.
Just click on the Paypal button below and in a few minutes you can be signed up for the London 10K.
If you have any queries, please email Bridget Cambridge or ring her on 020 7801 2961 and she will be delighted to help you.
Bridget has participated in the last 4 London 10K runs and is aiming to run in 2010 as well.
